In 1833, Camden Township saw its first permanent settlers. In 1835, a small group of settlers petitioned the Lorain County Commissioners in Elyria for permission to form a Township government. They held their first election on April 6, 1836.

Fire Station/Complex Donations

A specific fund has been set up to receive donations for the new fire station/complex project.
