Area Details

  • Hall capacity and seating of 210

  • 33 round (60 inch) WHITE tables for seating

  • 8 rectangular (30x96 inch) WHITE tables for seating

  • 4 rectangular (30x96 inch) GRAY tables for food placement

  • 2 (8 foot) tables for food placement

  • Kitchen area available for food warming

    • No cooking appliances​

    • Contains sinks, refrigerators, and counter space with outlets

 

Rental Fees

  • Available Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and during Federal Holidays

    • Fee for residents = $200.00 plus a $75.00 security deposit.

    • Fee for non-residents = $375.00 plus a $125.00 security deposit.

  • Hall is also available to rent on weekdays (Monday through Thursday) for meetings

    • Weekday rate = $125.00 plus a $75.00 security deposit.

  • Set-up prior to event can be scheduled if the hall is not in use.

    • Reservation fee for set-up = $50 for 4 hours of use.

 

You must provide

  • Must provide extra trash can liners - 40 gallon size. Liners must be replaced before you leave.

  • Food must be pre-cooked if you are providing catering. Hall kitchen is for warming only.

  • Must provide own serving utensils, coffee makers, dishes, silverware, dishtowels, paper towels, and cleaning detergents.

 

We provide

  • Tables for seating and food placement (see Area Details above for specifications)

  • Warming Kitchen (see Area Details above for specifications)

  • Handicap accessible restrooms and drinking fountain

  • Paper towels, hand soap, and toilet paper supplied in restrooms

  • 5 large 32 gallon trash cans

  • 1 large 32 gallon recycling can

  • Dumpster for trash - key will be provided with building key

  • Brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, etc. required for clean-up

  • First Aid kit

Instructions for use of lighting systems, heating/cooling systems, and opening/closing procedures will be provided

Prohibited

  • Placement of hot dishes on white seating tables

  • Push pins, tacks, and staples

  • Candles

  • Non-service animals inside the building. Special requests may be made to the Board of Trustees

Other Regulations and Information

  • Park only in graveled or paved areas

  • Observe posted rules

  • Observe posted capacity of 210

  • Return all tables and chairs to proper place

    • Be sure to not block thermostat in table storage area​

  • Avoid use of glitter​

    • If glitter is not immediately cleaned up, it embeds in the floor​

  • There is an additional $15 fee for leftover trash, so be sure to replace bags and liners​

  • During the winter, set thermostat to 55° F before leaving

  • During the summer, set thermostat to 80­° F before leaving

  • Guests should leave by midnight, as all premises must be cleaned and vacated by 1 AM

  • All lights should be turned off before leaving

  • Check restrooms to remove trash and shut off water before leaving

  • The Complex should be left in the condition that it was found.

    • There is a $15/hour janitorial fee and a $1/bag fee for unreplaced liners and bags

  • After cleaning and removing all trash and personal property, please leave the key on the bulletin board

  • The Sheriff's Department, Trustees, and their representatives have the authority to enter the Complex Hall at any time to check for violations

  • Charges will be assessed for damage, missing items, trash, and above normal cleaning required by Township Personnel

Recycling Building Rental

Area Details

  • Seats 50, with a total capacity of 70

  • 6 rectangular (30x96 inch) tables

  • 65 chairs

  • Kitchen only for warming use

    • Refrigerator, sink, stove, and a small counter​

  • Single restroom

 

Rental Fees

  • Available Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and during Federal Holidays

    • Fee for residents = $25.00 plus a $25.00 security deposit.

    • Fee for non-residents = $50.00 plus a $25.00 security deposit.

You must provide

  • Extra 40-45 gallon trash can liners, and empty or replace the 10 gallon restroom liner

  • Paper towels for kitchen use

  • Serving utensils, dishes, silverware, dishtowels, and cleaning detergent

  • Decorations may be used around windows, door frames, and decoration board with tape only

 

We provide

  • Tables and chairs (see Area Details above for specifications)

  • Brooms and dustpan, mops and bucket for small cleanups can be found in the closet at the top of the stairs

    • The long dust mop should be used for dry sweeping only​

  • 2 large trash cans

  • Paper towels, hand soap, and toilet paper in restrooms

  • Warming kitchen (see Area Details above for specifications)

  • First Aid kit in cabinet with red cross

 

Prohibited

  • Push pins, tacks, and staples

  • Candles

  • Use of substance on the floors for dancing

    • Sawdust, cornmeal, baby powder, dance wax, sand, etc.​

  • Non-service animals inside the building. Special requests may be made to the Board of Trustees

 

Regulations and Information

  • All trash is to be taken with you.

    • There will be a $15.00 charge for each bag of trash that is left on the Township premises.

    • The Dumpsters are for Clean Paper & Cardboard RECYCLING, NOT Trash!

  • All tables and chairs are to be returned to their proper places.

  • Premises must be cleaned and vacated by 1:00 a.m.

  • Check the refrigerator & freezer. Set at medium setting before leaving.

  • In the winter, the thermostat should be turned down to 60 degrees before leaving.

  • Leave the restroom door open when you leave.

  • In winter, leave cabinet doors under sink open when you leave.

  • Lock doors, leave key in the left cabinet over the stove, and turn off all lights when leaving.

  • The Township Building should be left in the same condition as it was found.

    • If this condition is not met, there will be a janitorial charge of $15 per hour.

    • $1/bag deducted for bags not replaced.

  • There shall be no dumping of grease or garbage into the drains in the kitchen or restrooms.

  • Park only in the graveled/paved areas.

  • Observe all posted rules.

  • Observe the room capacity (70) as posted by the Fire Chief.

  • The Sheriff's Department, Trustees & authorized township personnel have the authority to enter the Building at any time.

Scheduling

Contact the Township Fiscal Officer through the township hall at (440)-775-2015 for scheduling or visitation

Payment

The person making the payment MUST be the same person who is signing the contract. The security deposit will be required to reserve a date as indicated by the hall rental coordinator. Full payment is due 90 days prior to schedule date. If balance is not paid, date and deposit will be forfeited. There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks. This returned check fee and the required rental payment must be made in cash or by money order.

Cancellations

A cancellation fee may be withheld from paid rental fees that are eligible for refund. In order for paid rental fees to be eligible for refund, written notification of cancellations must be received no later than 90 days prior to the schedule event date.

Damages and Other Charges

All damages will be charged at the full replacement cost of the damaged items. A $15.000/hour fee will be charged if anything is left for next-day clean-up

Curfew

Curfew is midnight, and all clean-up must be completed by 1:00 AM.

Permits

Caterers must have a current health board permit and adequate liability insurance coverage as determined by the Township Trustees.

 

If any alcoholic beverages are served, it is your responsibility to comply with any and all laws, regulations, and rules set forth by the Ohio Department of Liquor Control and to obtain any permits required by said agency.

No meetings or activities may be conducted on the Township premises which are not open to the Camden Township elected officials or their designated representative.
