Trustee Meetings

Trustees meet the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month - date of 1st January meeting to be set. If Monday is a holiday, the meeting is held that Tuesday.

All meetings are at 7:30 p.m. except the 1st January meeting which is to be set & advertised. 

     

All meetings are open to the public & held at 42 Court St. in Kipton, unless advertised as being held elsewhere.

Meeting Minutes

Below are the Minutes of the Trustee Meetings. Click on the date to view the approved minutes for each date.  The trustees meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month unless it falls on a holiday, then it moves to the next day, Tuesday.

All meetings are open to the public.  Meetings are held at 42 Court St., Kipton at 7:30 pm.
